Chief Financial OfficerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Act as an advisor to the CEO evaluate and assist him with the financial plans business planning and modeling•Provides leadership in the development and continuous evaluation of short and longterm strategic financial objectives•Manage processes for monthly annual and periodic financial reports on historical operations forecasting budgets consolidation and reporting to the Company•Monitor budget variances and provide strategic recommendations•Implement effective risk management procedures to identify and assess financial risks•Ensure compliance with relevant financial legislation taxes and VAT standards specific to the UAE•Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational requirements and assist investors as needed•Stay abreast on UAE taxation laws and regulations ensuring that the firm complies with all applicable tax and VAT requirementsRequirements :•Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g. CA CPA CFA) is a plus•Minimum of 12 -15 years of progressively responsible financial leadership responsibilities exclusively in real estate syndication development and property management (UAE experience is required)•Proficiency in financial management software with strong communication and analytical skills
