Provide liaison with external independent international auditing authorities as required.
Coordinate, develop and maintain a coherent RTA Health Safety and Environment (HSE inspection Programme & procedures that complement and correspond to the overall policy and legislation and vision of the higher management of RTA.
Implement directives from the Corporate HSE Audit Manager and Director and provide full assistance for the execution of roles and duties of the section.
Support external RTA?s annual Safety and Environmental auditing as and when required.
Assist in RTA Annual Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy Reporting.
Implement RTA Health, Safety and Environmental Audits and inspections on RTA Agencies and sectors for established relevant audit and inspection plans to address the safety and health related hazards and environmental aspects/impacts on work sites either directly or via any contracted consultants.
Assist Corporate HSE Audit Manager in identifying the requirements for continual improvement of HSE Audits and inspections.
Support in overall planning and execution of Health, Safety, Environment (Energy and Green Initiatives, etc) Internal Audits and inspections throughout all Agencies against established rules, procedures and regulations.
Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
Respond to accident / emergency / crisis as per the Management Instruction, and considering criticality.
Establish Audit statistics and trend monitoring, and Audit NCR databas
Conduct unplanned HSE inspections and site visits to operational sites to ensure conformity to legal requirements and or internal standards as required.
Assist the translation of any health, safety and environmental information related to the section core business into culturally acceptable form and format for easy understanding and interpretation without distortion or barrier.
Deliver HSE Training in Arabic and English to Agencies and Sectors as required. In addition, Support auditor training on safety systems, processes, and procedures.
Identify the applicable legal requirements and international standards and procedures for continual benchmarking and trend analysis of HSE regulations and applicable legislations.
Ensure the timely submission of personal measurable objectives to the senior management
Conduct planned HSE inspections across the Agencies and Sectors as proactive mechanism to ensure the implementation of Health and Safety requirements by the regulations, standard and RTA Safety Environment Management System.
Assist in establishment of Health, Safety, Environment and Energy & Green Economy Performance monitoring criteria.

Bachelor in Engineering :mechanical, electrical, civil, mechatronics, electronics, chemical from a recognized university.
