Job PurposeProvide consultancy services and timely advise in the activities, procedures, systems and policies of Emiratization on the scope of the government and emirate of Dubai. In addition to creating strategic and operational plans in the Emiratization section of DGHR for the purpose of attracting, empowering, and developing national human resources in accordance with the strategies and directives of Dubai Government Human Resources Department.Academic QualificationBachelor?s Degree specialized in Business Management, General Business or Human Resources or any related field.Master?s Degree specialized in Business Management, General Business or Human Resources or any related field.Doctorate Degree specialized in Business Management, General Business or Human Resources or any related field.Years of ExperienceBachelor?s Degree: 12 years of experience in the field of HR or a relative field.Master?s Degree: 9 years of experience in the field of HR or a relative field.PHD: 6 years of experience in the field of HR or a relative field.Candidates with general policies creation or HR specialized degrees are preferred.SkillsProficiency in using MS office applications and systems.Proficiency in both English and Arabic languagesHigh communication skills on multiple levels.Proficiency in reports and statistics preparation.
