Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit aChief Artificial Intelligence Officerfor their client in Dubai which is a large healthcare group which owns and operates hospitals and medical centers across UAE.You will be responsible for driving productivity and innovation through implementation of Artificial Intelligence and have a track record of enabling successful AI innovation programs.As a CAIO you will focus on increasing efficiency of business processes, optimize manpower, reduce waste, enhance TATs, improve patient experience, quality of services and profitability.The ideal candidate will have experience in driving transformation, providing skill training.Must have a proven track track record and excellent understanding of governance frameworks for ethical use of AI.You would work closely with all departments to deliver AI capabilities in order to align existing infrastructure, models and technology with AI and provide guidance on the legal and compliance aspects for responsible use of AI.You are expected to have good knowledge and understanding of Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Retrieval Augmented Generation, Data Analytics, Advanced Programming languages, Cloud Computing and Deployment, AI Frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Predictive Modeling, Risk Management principles, AI compliance, Data Visualization, Statistical analysis and Data Management.AI is a rapidly evolving technology and the CAIO role is not yet fully defined , hence, the client expects the CAIO to have the ability and expertise to keep themselves abreast of the daily developments and innovations within the industry.Salary : Aed 80,000 per month plus family benefits (salary for this role is negotiable and will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate).
