Ensure proper communication and provide support to all sectors and agencies with regards to implementing KM concepts and practices in their departments.
Ensure effective implementation of KM concepts, methodologies and practices across RTA?s sectors and agencies.
Provide direct support to all KM events and ensure all relevant issues are addressed and handled properly
Analyze Knowledge Management Maturity Results, KPIs and highlight challenges and areas of improvement.
Ensure the effective follow up and implementation of all recommendations relating to section reports in coordination with all concerned agencies and sectors.
Prepare and conduct Knowledge Management Audit across all RTA agencies and sectors as per the plan.
Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
Prepare analytical reports that reflects the actual performance of all RTA?s departments on executing the KM plan along with suggesting recommendations for improvement.

Bachelor in Business Administration from a recognized university
