Accounting at 3 (three) companies under the laws of the UAE.*Preparation and filing of the required financial and tax reporting.*Communication with tax and other state officials of the UAE.*Tracking changes in UAE legislation.*Review of business contracts in respect of tax risks and compliance with current UAE legislation.*Working with banks: current account operations, analyzing KYC data and initiating changes KYC with the bank if necessary.*Financial analysis of business operations.
