Responsibilities:

Preparing weekly menus that consist of fresh, healthy and nutritious meals with consideration to the family members? dietary needs
Storing food items and preparing meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations
Preparing meals for small dinner parties or special events
Preparing lunches for work/school and snacks for the kids
Grocery shopping and locating specialty items, such as dairy or gluten free products
Running, arranging and organising the kitchen and pantry
Overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene and sanitization of the kitchen and other related areas

�Requirements:

Bachelors or Associates degree in culinary arts or nutrition is preferred
At least 3 years of culinary experience is required
Working in a similar role with a private household is desirable
Knowledge of healthier alternative ingredients and meal preparation is a must
Experience of cooking several cuisines such as Emirati, Indian, Levantine, Western or Asian is preferred
Excellent organization, time-management skills and detail-orientation is required

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances
Support in organizing and cleaning the kitchen and related areas from an experienced live-in maid, with appropriate guidance
