  • Manage and ensure the timely execution of all orders, making sure that dishes are prepared and plated according to the restaurant?s standards while keeping track of the timing for each course.
  • Inspect each dish before it leaves the kitchen to ensure it meets the restaurants standards for taste, presentation, and portion size.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the kitchen staff and front-of-house team, ensuring smooth communication, addressing any issues, and facilitating the flow of service.
