Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world?s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park will include 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

  • This position has responsibility to assist in the management of Kitchen Operations in food & beverage outlet or a shift, or section of food and beverage operations, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and Training of assigned employees
  • Ensure that outstanding culinary technical skills are maintained
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets, and current trends and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly
  • Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field, or with 2-3 years experience as a chef or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Leisure or Hotel segment in hospitality
  • Proficient in writing and reading English.
  • Have experience in a similar capacity is highly regarded, though not essential
