Sage Plant Based Kitchen is urgently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with UAE experience to join our growing team.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in the UAE is essential.- Must be able to identify ingredients. Vegan ingredients are preferred.- Plan and execute menus in collaboration with other colleaques.- Ensure adequacy of supplies all times.- Place orders in a timely manner.- Manage ingredients that should be frequently available on a daily basis.- Work experience with vegan food,gluten-free food, and understanding of these are preferred.- Must know basic food hygiene practices.- Must be able to work as part of a growing team, take clear directions, able to communicate openly and effectively.- Good command of English is essential as this is a customer-facing position.
