Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To oversee and manage the Central and Outlet Kitchen(s) ÿ
  • To create and develop unique offerings of cuisine / pastry that provides our customers with a variety of selections
  • To demonstrate creativity and innovation skills in the offerings of cuisine / pastry
  • To work closely with other chefs in order to achieve highest possible standard of food items
  • To plan, supervise and organize the preparation and execution of all cuisine / pastry
  • Management of a team of chefs
  • Oversee staff scheduling of all kitchen staff
  • To reinforce proper cleaning and housekeeping in the kitchen, and to ensure food handling, hygiene standards and regulations are complied with
