A new restaurant in Jumeirah is looking for the following positions:*Head Chef*Sous Chef *Commis Chef? Studying Recipes and/or experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients as well as setting up menus.? Train and carry out briefings and ensuring the team is well aware of their daily tasks and responsibilities. ? Manage an outstanding kitchen pre-operation to ensure that the work place is controlled professionally and efficiently ? Manage all back of house kitchen duty including quality assurance, performance and product knowledge. ? Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area. Maintain strict hygiene standards for all staff and enforce uniform regulations.? Monitor food stock, report on inventory and place orders
