To promote the Kitchenware Store products by presenting / preparing different cuisines using the Brand of KitchenwareDirectly responsible for all training functions of kitchen items to staff as well as activation programs.Be a part of marketing events and cook shows to ensure that the event turns out as planned, creating menus for trainings, preparing recipes for live training, submit technical and costing sheets, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; following sanitation and cleanliness; testing the electrical machines in store training the staff on methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion control. Sharing views to the Visual merchandiser for window and in-store displays, indirectly responsible for increase of sales of staff as their confidence levels will increase for the selling. Visit showrooms daily to carry out the same, attend to VIP customers on their doubts of product usage. Make training videos and cooking show videos. Purchasing all raw materials required for the activation reciepe.Prepare all required paper work, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.Prepare a monthly plan with the cooperation of the brand, operations and marketing teamAdhere to local hygiene and sanitation laws.Adhere to Brand standards.Required Candidate profileCandidate should be a Hotel Management Graduate or should have completed a Culinary Degree or Diploma .He /She will be smart , well spoken ,good in English communication.The candidate will be required to present his / her cooking skills during demo conducted at the Stores.
