  • Prepare and process milk, cultures, and rennet to produce mozzarella cheese, ensuring adherence to recipes and production standards.
  • Monitor the cheese-making process, including curdling, cutting, stretching, and shaping, to achieve desired texture and consistency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure the mozzarella meets product specifications and ensure proper storage and packaging.
