Chartered accountant having experience of 4 to 5 year in relevant areas including GST Return preparation and filing, Income Tax return preparation and filing, Customer follow up, dealing with customer and vendors and project accounting.Roles and ResponsibilitiesInternal Audit, Statutory audit. bank audit, Income tax, GST, income tax assessments? Preparation of Project and India operations financials including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow and Changes in Equity position. These documents shall be made available only to Directors since these are confidential information.? Prepare and Submit the Invoices to customers as per the customer requirements including collecting and arranging all the supporting documents as required strictly with in stipulated time.? Prepare, calculate and ensure timely payment of all statutory dues including but not limited to GST and Income Tax.? Prepare, check and verify the information and documents required for ROC and make sure that all the compliance are taken care of and the company is not in default on any statutory requirements.? Ensure transaction supporting documentations are maintained and uncompromised.? Proactive in the installation and improvement of accounting systems like ERP.? Liaise with different levels of Management within the Organization.? Liaise with Auditors/Tax consultants/GST/ Company Registration/Legal Authorities and submit the documentation as and when required.? Liaise with bank if required.? Any other responsibilities as directed by Management.Job Location: Dubai
