Charge NurseJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Out-Patient Department.•Lead and support a team of skilled nurses, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care.•Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other departments to provide comprehensive patient care.•Oversee patient admissions, assessments, and discharges in accordance with hospital protocols.•Act as a resource and mentor for nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.•Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.•Participate in performance evaluations, training, and development of nursing staff.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Nursing; Masters degree is a plus.•Minimum 05 years of experience in Out-Patient Department in a hospital set-up in UAE.•Minimum of 02 years of experience as a Charge Nurse in Out-Patient Department in a hospital set-up in UAE.•Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.•Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.•Familiarity with emergency room protocols, equipment, and technologies.•Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
