Every single one of us plays an important role and together we build on our 10bn Euros turnover and establish our position as one of the largest dairy companies in the world.About the jobYou will join the Regional Food Service based in Dubai regional office working together with a highly commercial team and markets where growth mindset, agility, and being frontline obsessed are part of the everyday job. Food Service is delivering +100Mn in Revenue and strong double digits SB growth. The future looks very strong with expectations to be the growth engine for the MENA business. You will be responsible for leading marketing agenda for the Food service teams across the key channels mainly focused on QSR, FSR, and Bakery in the MENA region.Doing so, you will:* Work across the MENA region in developing and delivering food service strategy across the identified channels. * Lead and executes local market-specific marketing activities including but not limited to exhibitions, product launches, distributor events, training, and summit. You would also support in creation and execution of master classes for customers * Deliver 5 Year Innovation & Strategy and Business Plan for Arla Pro and Food Service MENA. Com-piles user insights on Arlas portfolio and coordinates with Market Heads, NPD, and regional chefs to support NPDs. * Lead the Stage-Gate process on Arla Pro. MENA (with Reg. Application, PM, and category lead) * Lead and develop Arla Pro?s digital agenda by working with digital agencies and internal stakeholders to implement the annual calendar and related content. Analyse channel insights and research reports to improve social media and webpage performance. * Create a toolkit for the distributor partners for effective communication related to the products with the local Chef community.The candidate should:You are a marketeer with experience in the food service business. Exposure to QSR/FSR/Bakery is advantageous. You will have high energy, creative bend, curious nature, and quick decision-making to implement win-win solutions for the customers, distributors, and categories. Exposure to digital marketing tools will be advantageous. You are flexible, and enjoy working on a wide variety of projects simultaneously. You enjoy traveling and also spend time on the ground.
