  • Delivering on current program ROI targets by enhancing & developing the program via rewards module development, new feature additions, designing and running promotions via the App
  • Supporting regional marketing leader in organizing marketing events/ tradeshow booths/ customer events etc.
  • Communicating the ROI/ value of the program to regional management
  • to triangulate and validate data off different sources (primary and secondary) into meaningful conclusions for the business
  • Solving critical customer issues working with all stakeholders (internal functions, app vendor, sales team)
