Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned and proficient Finance Manager to join our finance team. This pivotal role is essential for maintaining the companys financial well-being and driving its strategic growth. The Finance Manager will oversee financial performance, evaluate risks, and deliver actionable insights. Additionally, this role involves developing initiatives and optimizing the finance departments structure to boost operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Information Technology industry, expertise in Service Based Costing, and advanced IT skills.Key Responsibilities:==================

  • Accounts and Financial Close:
? Work on activating the centralization of the companys accounts within a unified ERP system, accommodating different geographies and their respective legal requirements.? Ensure the legality and compliance of all financial accounts.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
? Monitor and follow up on quarterly reports to ensure their accuracy and achievement of targets.? Study the risks associated with new projects and determine their feasibility.? Develop and maintain a budget plan for one year and three years ahead.? Monitor deviations from the budget, make necessary adjustments, and warn of potential risks and consequences of such deviations.? Address and manage expenses that exceed certain limits.
  • Finance Operations:
? Ensure that the budget applies effectively to all branches.? Alert management to potential risks related to borrowing decisions, investments in other companies, or the opening of new branches.? Identify and alert management to potential risks in various scenarios, such as resolving financial required issues for tenders, participating in large projects, and operating in countries without a company presence.? Provide suggestions to reduce expenses.
  • Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management:
? Stay updated on new laws and regulations affecting the companys various branches, ensuring compliance.
