Job Description

Our client is now recruiting for a CFO.You will be directly reporting to the CEOJob Purpose:CFO shall be responsible for leading operational accounting and finance activitiesacross the whole business, including the portfolio of existing assets and new development projects.The role is also responsible in producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research. These data shall provide relevant factor for senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.Key Role:

  • Liaison with contractors to ensure timely completion of projects and correct payments.
  • Implementation of proper Internal controls for effective management of lease renewals, newleases, payment to creditors and inventory control.
  • Proper verification of rental & lease / tenancy contracts and assisting in finalizing thedocuments
  • Exercising full control over PDC?s received from tenants and proper accounting & banking ofthe same.
  • Liaison with property valuers for timely valuation of properties, new and existing.
  • Handle property Insurance and indemnify the company from associated risks.
  • To be responsible for all the accounting business functions both financial accounting andmanagement reporting.
  • Analysis of existing internal controls and recommendation / implementation of improvements.
  • Proactively drive improved MIS reporting for accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly statutoryreports.
  • Ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Development and management of costing and budgeting system.
  • Risk management role by identifying, assessing and analyzing timely any risk to the setbudget. Collect, analyze, prepare, and advise on relevant data, information, and trends generated bythe group?s investment activities, and create, handle, and support reports and dashboards tomonitor the performance of the business
  • Support and actively participate in annual and long-range strategic and financial planningprocesses and planning initiatives
  • Support financial modeling and research initiatives
  • Contribute to other financial planning and analysis projects and ad-hoc analysis for functional leaders and senior management as part of the group?s Finance Department
