Key Responsibilities:1. Corporate Governance & Compliance:- Establish and conduct Board meetings, ensuring effective governance structures and processes.- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across the conglomerate?s operations.5. Stakeholder Engagement:- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders including investors, customers, and government entities.- Ensure internal stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.6. Innovation & Growth:- Lead business development efforts, exploring new markets and opportunities for expansion.- Champion innovation, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and practices to maintain competitive advantage.7.
