Company overviewA regional chemical trading company based in UAE with relationship that include more than 30 regional and international suppliers in Food, Fed, Pharmaceuticals, Paints and Oil and Gas with operations in MENA region is seeking a Group CEO to help maintaining growth and profitability.? To lead the company to grow its annual turnover from USD 30m to over USD 100m.The Group CEO will be accountable to the Board of the company.Key tasks and objectivesThe Group CEO will have the following functional responsibilities:Strategy

  • Work closely with the board to grow the existing operations significantly.
  • Identify new opportunities within the market and lead the development and growth of the Group revenues.
Finances
  • Monitor the finances closely on regular basis and update the board.
  • Develop annual capital and operating income and expenditure budgets for review and approval by the Board.
  • Enhance the revenue collections and improve the working capital situation of the Group.
Operations
  • Maintain and improve operational performance.
Regulation and compliance
  • Maintain an effective system of communication with the relevant regulatory authorities supervising the Group companies.
