  • Promote Golf bookings with all market segments and increase productivity and target goal
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by on-time responses on queries
  • Follow up on billings for clients both overseas and local bookings
  • Coordinate with the golf clubs with regards to bookings and status/requirements associated with it
  • Monitor all online reservations for public, contracted agents and any other market segment introduced
