Your work will have a direct impact on billions of people around the world ? helping unlock financial access to enable the future of money movement.Join Visa: A Network Working for Everyone.The CEMEA Senior Travel Analyst is a member of the global strategic sourcing team, based in Dubai, and is accountable for enabling strategies to deliver sustainable results across all sub-categories within the global travel program for the CEMEA region, spanning 19 countries and employees. The Global Travel Sourcing & Operations team is led out of the US with regional site leads based in Dubai, Singapore, the UK and the US.The Senior Travel Analyst must be a good communicator with a solid understanding of travel technology, change management and customer service with respect to corporate travel. This role will require collaboration with both Travel Arrangers and Executive Management to engage, educate and elaborate on our travel initiatives in a positive and concise manner.Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the CEMEA Travel Program offers the most consistent and efficient travel services in compliance with our Travel & Entertainment policy
  • Provides insight and develops initiatives to continually improve the Global Travel Team and the travel management company services on customer service and travel cost management
  • Partners with key internal stakeholders to provide needed support on the travel program while also supporting the various business units
  • Ability to work strategically to improve online adoption, processes, efficiencies, and cost savings for the travel program
  • Manages travel behavior through travel data and has strong insight to determine the best course of action to improve the travel program
  • Fosters positive and deep partnerships with internal and external customers
  • Works with regional peers and stakeholders to support global strategies
  • Monitors SLAs for TMC and vendors and if needed, determines remediation plans
  • Reviews and provides data insights, analytics, and trends for the region and globally, monitors policy compliance and identifies opportunities for efficiencies
  • Develops training materials for travel program tools and processes and to educate Visa employees on T&E policy
Qualifications? 3+ years of experience in Procurement required? Experience in Travel procurements will be the most beneficial? Past experience challenging the status quo by developing travel service business cases for change through leveraging business acumen, market intelligence, and insights to drive a broad strategic impact across an organization? Ability to work both independently but as part of a larger global team in order to set objectives and results? Strong travel technology knowledge, such as implementation, customizations and support? Strong relationship management skills and ability to communicate effectively, and collaborate with, senior to executive management. You need to be able to tell compelling stories through insights and data? Strong focus on customer service to exceed normal satisfaction levels from both the Global Travel Team and our contracted vendors? Demonstrated contract and agreement negotiation experience, including development of negotiating plans and strategies across all travel sub-categoriesThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
