JOB PURPOSECCC Operations requires 24X7; for monitoring and controlling IBMS and CAFM systemKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Verify Work Request details & create Work Order link to Work Request
Receive calls?during business days & hours I.e. 10:00PM ? 7:00AM
To follow up with / Non Coordinators I.e. FM on site verification delay Work Orders as per appointment / Service Level Agreement
Do the verifications of & Non Work Orders onsite verification feedback from the Coordinator / NON coordinators and forward to respective FM.
To ensure all Completed Work Orders are closed by relevant parties.
To ensure daily reports on Closed Work Request, Closed Work Orders & other reports to generate & report to CCC Manager.
To Monitor equipment failure & convert into Work order for contractor and report to the site supervisor, to maximize operation of the system.
Checks routinely for correct operation of all equipment in locations that include BMS control systems.
Monitor the operation of the HVAC control systems using the BMS to monitor performance.
To advise the FM managers on outstanding work against SLAs within the iViva system
