Catering SupervisorJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesRequirements :•Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a camp or remote site environment.•Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.•Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.•Excellent organizational and leadership skills.•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.•Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by camp operations.Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
