  • Oversee the daily catering operations ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Manage FOH and BOH on a daily basis making sure everything is always maintain accordingly.
  • Train employees on company policy and standards
  • Coordinate logistics with client, operations, and culinary team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
