Responsibilities- Develop and manage assortment strategy;- Develop and provide a consistent category management approach & guidelines for the categories: assortment, shelving, merchandising;- Develop and sustain regular processes and reports: measurement and analytics of sale and category metrics;- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing;- Search, select and evaluate suppliers of food and ready meals;- ?ontrol and stimulate sales of the product category;- Market monitoring by category, analyze the competitive environment.
