Job Description

Lifemart is a unique grocery store ?near the house? with a restaurant-zone and express delivery service for 15 minutes, where 65-67% of the assortment is fresh-products.Every day, kitchen-factories produce more than 200 varieties of ready-to-eat meals. On the same day they appear on store shelves.Our kitchen factoriesuse a modern packaging technology with nitrogen that keeps food fresh for 72 hours.Products are selected on the basis of best in each category . 1,400 positions, 90% of Lifemart products under the private trade mark.Now we are looking for category manager to work in Dubai.Work tasks will include:

  • Search, selection and evaluation of a supplier/manufacturer;
  • Negotiating, contractual company, work on the establishment of products under private label;
  • Formation of the assortment matrix and its optimization (work with the category, rotation) within the framework of the Companys policy;
  • Formation of pricing policy;
  • Monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
  • Sales control, measures to increase sales of the product category;
  • Formation of commodity stock, control, turnover;
  • Work with economic indicators, their analysis;
  • Category analytics, reporting (planograms), analysis of the effectiveness of the use of retail space, abc-analysis;
  • Market monitoring by category, analysis of the competitive environment;
