  • Source new products based on market trends and consumer demands.
  • Improve category/sub-category assortment and product mix based on market insights.
  • Identify & develop a good vendor base for competitive pricing & quality.
  • Achieve price leadership through effective negotiation and innovative supply chain management to maintain profitable relationships with existing vendors
  • Conduct periodic store visits to review product placements and category/sub-category display and achieve budgeted backend margins from rentals, listing fees, rebates, shop branding, etc.
