Job Description

Guest Sales Agent is responsible for a delivering a perfect welcome experience to guests whilst ensuring correct cashiering procedures and achievement of sales goals.?About the Role:?Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers, answering their questions in engaging way, assisting with directions, and providing advice/recommendations.
  • Sales: Operating cash registers and other Point of Sales terminals.
  • Following all departmental store procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
  • Drive/maximize the sale.
  • Handling and managing the cash float.
  • Promotes up-selling of facilities and services.
  • Accurate transactions (numeracy)?
