Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cashier and Waiter at Kantipur Bhansa Ghar. The ideal candidates will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by handling financial transactions efficiently and ensuring excellent service to our guests.Key ResponsibilitiesCashier:

  • Handle all customer transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments, with accuracy.
  • Maintain a balanced cash register and ensure proper cash management.
  • Provide receipts and resolve any payment-related issues promptly.
  • Assist in daily sales reports and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Greet customers warmly and address any queries about the menu or services.
Waiter:
  • Welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and ready for the next guests.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints and escalate them to the manager if needed.
  • Maintain a positive dining experience by monitoring guests needs throughout their visit.
