CashierJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.•Ensure proper invoicing of jewellery items and maintain records of transactions.•Greet customers warmly and assist with payment-related queries.•Handle exchanges, refunds, and returns in compliance with company policies.•Maintain updated stock records for jewellery items during billing.•Perform daily cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies to the management.•Adhere to cash handling and jewellery security protocols.•Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.•Assist in packaging and secure handling of jewellery items.•Support the sales team during busy hours.Qualifications and Skills:•Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a cashier, preferably in the jewellery industry.•Education: High school diploma or equivalent (degree in accounting or finance is a plus).•Proficiency in operating billing systems and POS machines.•Strong numerical and analytical skills for accurate billing and cash reconciliation.•Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively.•Attention to detail to avoid errors in transactions or invoices.•Knowledge: Basic understanding of jewellery grading, pricing, and industry practices is preferred.
