  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and provide information about menu items and promotions.
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system through cash, credit/debit cards, and others.
  • Handle refunds or exchanges following the restaurants policies.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management team.
  • Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
