  1. Petty Cash for Head Office
  2. Change Fund for Stores
  3. Petty Cash for SC Head Office
  4. Change Fund for SC Stores
  5. Salary Additions/ Deductions to HR
  6. Tracking and reconciliation of Advance Payments and per diem for employees
  7. Settlement of Employee expense claims for employees under Grade 7
  8. Accounting of Expenses in SAP for SSS
  9. Validation and Reimbursement of Petty Cash with Departments - Facilities, Service Center, Projects, HO Logistics
  10. Cash Deposits - RTA Store HO, Negative FS
  11. Staff Clearance Statements
  12. Planning and liaising with the bank for change fund availability
  13. Daily Reconciliation of Cash in Hand
