Operations Executive (Sea Cargo and Air Cargo Operations) - Full job description

Proficiency in handling freight inquiries, quotations, and coordination with local, and international clients.
Good Experience in Dubai Trade, Processing of import/export customs declaration, arranging transportation and delivery.
Good knowledge of Dubai customs procedures, and Jebel Ali port-related operations.
Ensure the packaging and the documents for the shipments are correct
Open a job for a new shipment and add details to the manifest
Manage the ad-hoc bookings before executing the AWB
Documentation for Air freight and Sea Freight
Dock booking for delivery at the airport
Track the shipment till its arrival at the Destination / Consignee
Prepare documents for Dubai Trade submission
File for claim online as and when the Exit-Entry documents are stamped
Updating Trackers - Turnover Report, Daily Activity Monitoring, Daily Active File, Microsoft Team.
