Job Description

An international logistics company is looking for Cargo Operations Executive to perform the following duties:

  • Receive quotation inquiries from customers
  • Check the rates with suppliers and provide an optimal solution to the client
  • Negotiate the conditions of carriage and finalization of the contract of carriage
  • Obtaining documents necessary for executing the shipment
  • Control the receipt of payment from the customer
  • Control of shipment and movement of cargo
  • Recording the inquiries and shipments in the companys CRM system
