Job Description

A CARELine Runner is responsible for supporting CARELINE (telephone) operations and delivering guest requests such as guests room amenities and in-room dinning service delivering an excellent Guest and Member experience.What will I be doingAs a CARELine Runner, you are responsible for supporting telephone operations and delivering guest amenities, and in-room dining orders creating an excellent Guest and Member experience. A CARELine Runner will also be required to manage and respond to guest requests. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Ensure support is provided to the telephone/ guest function when required.
  • Misen Place for In Room Dining Operations, folding of linen, tableware, and correct storage of pantries.
  • Manage guest requests in line with company brand standards.
  • Greet guests in public areas and rooms in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Provide personalized services to guests.
  • Clearing room dining orders from rooms and following the correct process at all times.
  • Deliver guest room amenities, such as baby cribs, extra beds, shower amenities, bathroom, and other room amenities.
  • Ensure soiled and damaged goods are stored in soiled bags and disposed of correctly.
  • Maintain Room service and Housekeeping Amenity pantry.
  • Make every guest experience beyond ordinary, Make it right Problem resolution.
  • Report maintenance and hazard issues.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
