1. To be able to fabricate and laminate Carbon Fiber and fiberglass.2. Be able to make molds out composite material/ plastic and silicone.3. Qualified in the fabrication of carbon fiber products and car parts from said molds.4. Works with resins, carbon fiber, and honeycomb materials.5. Experience in Fiberglass/carbon fiber and Pre-pregcarbon fiber vacuum bagging process6. Buffing and polishing composite parts.7. Layup composite materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, or Kevlar inside production molds to make strong and lightweight structural parts8. Knowledge in Curing parts techniques9. Weigh resins and hardeners10. Laminate and prepare customer products to exact process specifications that meet both Applied Composites and our customers quality requirements11. Clean, dry fit, and trim parts12. Perform bonding, curing, and wet laminating tasks associated with the product13. Perform Mold Preparation, sealing, release tasks14. Participate in brainstorming/problem solving with Engineering & Production personnel to solve related problems
