The Job : As a Showroom Manager (Sales, Logistic & Admin), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maximizing sales opportunities. You will lead a team of sales, manage inventory, and maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the showroom.? Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Set clear performances targets and provide coaching and support for team members to ensure goal attainment.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Provide training and support to the whole staff.
  • Drive sales and revenue targets by developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data, identify opportunities for improvement.
? Customer Experience:
  • Ensure that every customer receives best service and has a positive experience in the showroom.
  • Ensure that every customer inquiries or concerns are treated in the appropriate way.
? Inventory Management:
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
? Showroom Maintenance:
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the showroom to create an inviting and attractive environment for customers. Ensure that displays are properly merchandised and updated regularly.
? Market Strategy and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute effective market strategies to expand the business in both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Formulate and implement innovative business plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
? Market Analysis and Price Fixing:
  • Conduct market analysis to identify pricing trends and competitive landscape.
  • Establish pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Stay informed about product features, specifications and pricing.
  • Train the whole staff on product knowledge and assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
? Financial Management, Budgeting & Reporting :
  • Manage and develop the Showroom Budget in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, making necessary adjustments to ensure profitability.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and cost evaluations to optimize resource allocation.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare weeky & monthly reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
  • Make recommendations to the CEO for improvement.
? Compliance :
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
? Promotions, Events, Marketing & Digitalization:
  • Stay updated with digitalization trends in the industry and implement innovative solutions to enhance sales processes.
  • Drive digital initiatives to improve customer engagement and streamline operations.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, sales promotions, and product launches to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
