The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in car sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in providing customers with a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience, from initial inquiry to final purchase.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrating vehicle features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them through the car selection process.
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the car brands and models available in the showroom.
  • Ensure all sales paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive buying experience that encourages repeat business.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Participate in promotional events and showroom activities to boost sales.
