We are looking for a Daily Personnel Management Specialist who will be primarily responsible for the companys daily personnel management work. This position requires you to have the ability to control car rental business operations and ensure that employees strictly follow the companys work processes and service standards. In addition, you will also be responsible for employee training, equipment maintenance, and daily management of vehicles to ensure asset safety. If you are skilled in handling difficult problems, have coordination and communication skills, and are adept at handling customer complaints, then you will be an indispensable member of our team.Job Responsibilities:ÿ? Responsible for the daily personnel management of the company, including scheduling, attendance, and management of office behavior standards;ÿ? Control the overall operation of the car rental business and ensure that employees strictly follow the various work processes and service standards determined by the company.ÿ? Responsible for employee training, training for new employees, and calibration training for old employees;ÿ? According to the companys management regulations, responsible for equipment maintenance and daily management of vehicles to ensure asset safety;ÿ? Handle follow-up procedures for vehicle violations;ÿ? Coordinate and handle various service issues within the company, including customer complaints;ÿ? Contact and coordinate with repair shops and branches for cross-business communication needs;ÿ?
