Job Description

Car Safe is seeking a Car Parking Coordinator to oversee the storage and parking of luxury vehicles. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities to ensure secure, efficient, and high-quality service for our clients.

  • Manage the secure parking and storage of high-end vehicles.
  • Ensure careful handling and protection of luxury vehicles.
  • Maintain an up-to-date log of all stored vehicles, including make, model, and any special requests.
  • Assist clients with vehicle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate necessary servicing.
  • Work with security personnel to ensure the safety of vehicles and the facility.
  • Follow local laws and best practices for vehicle storage and management.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Parking Management or Operations.
  • Experience with parking systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle luxury vehicles with care.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and parking management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
