With recipes passed down from mothers ? and their mothers ? guests are invited to sit back and enjoy an aut‚ntico voyage across Peru.About The RoleAs Captain at La Mar,you will assist the Restaurant Assistant Managerprovidinghands-on support and assistance to colleagues in order toensure that the highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to our guests, whilst delivering an exceptional standard of service. You willdrive the training needs based on La Mar?s sequence of service in relations to the brand standard and have flawless understanding of guest needs and expectations. Captain will provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues and demonstrate deep knowledge ofLa Mar?s food and beverage items.About YouThe ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years? experience inhospitality with a minimum 1-2years? experience in a Captain or Supervisor role with a proven track record of working within a celebrity branded or brand partner restaurant. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, have experience in working within a fast-paced environment, supervising large diverse teams and have the ability to work under pressure. As a brand ambassador for La Mar and Atlantis Dubai you will build an excellent rapport withyour team and our guests.
