1. Responsible for camp administration, allotment of rooms to the camp employees.2. Camp Maintenance as per company policy. 3. Monitoring the camp premises to oversee and to keep a check on any illegal activities in the camp. 4. Provide necessary assistance to workmen at times of sickness and any site accident to visit Health centers and provide financial support where ever Health card is not available.5. Provide necessary tools, Coverall, shoes for the workmen to carry out the work efficiently. 6.Maintain proper records for all the assets and the consumables in a proper manner. 7. Monitor the workers movement in the morning to the site and ensure absentees are minimized. 8. Maintain proper discipline in the camp and avoid any in disciplinary situations with regards to the workmen9. Prepare reports about daily movement of employees in the camp.10.Supervise the workers when they are leaving the camp premises for sites in order to avoid any unpleasant fights while boarding the bus. 11.Maintenance of camp records with regards to any renewals12.Overall responsibility of the camp. Handling the grievances of the workmen and escalating it to the management in case the issues can?t be solved at ground level and require management intervention.
