Our client is into˙Luxury Fashion˙industry. They are now looking for a˙Call Center Agent˙to join them.˙Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
  • Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Upsell other products wherever possible.
  • To follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
˙Salary - AED 5000 - AED 5500
