Call Center OperatorJob Location : UAE:?Assist in maintaining shop appointment calendar (Changes and Cancellations), using software as well as operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen or forward calls.?Explain products, services and treatments to clients and assist them with determining their individual needs.?Handle general requests for information and promotions; process delicate situations, such as customer requests, special needs and complaints and escalate to the Client Relations Manager.?Resolve client complaints while recording details of comments, concerns and actions taken for future reference; compile Customer Complaints / inquiries reports and share with Client Relations Manager.?Handle customer outbound calls for missed opportunities (voice mail) to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
