Job Description

This role will provide services and allow our pharmacies client to develop their derma-cosmetic sales. The person in charge will be responsible of enhancing the route to market strategy of scattered pharmacies in the UAE with the help of marketing and commercial departments.Client DetailsA global derma-cosmetics brandDescriptionSell-in:Call customers on daily basis to promote and sell the products; Based on daily defined plan by manager through CRM system to call at least 30 POS per dayIncrease sell-in of scatted pharmacies: make sure that sales to each POS are based on potentiality, do not over stock and manage expiryRespect the payment terms that are defined by managerMeet the targets on monthly basisFollow up visits to major customers to keep relationship and monitor the brand products displaysSell-out:Increase the Sell-out with help of retail marketing usage of the proper tools and packages and wrapped offers neededCoordinate with mysterious shopper to evaluate the sell-out potentialityBuild good relationship with clientsCarrying out activities in scattered pharmacies to boost salesSupport product knowledge to scattered pharmaciesImprove and suggest commercial condition focus on Retail sell out impactCollaborate to define yearly marketing campaign with retail marketing departmentCall planning:Define daily and monthly routing plan as well as number of calls based on pharmacy classificationPrepare monthly call plan and update it when neededFollow all KPIs of in-bound and out-bound callsDefine the new customers list to be contactedReporting effective number of calls and call resultsBeing responsive on call center to request of each customerFollow scripted sales call and update it when neededKeeping pharmacy database up to dateWork on accounts classification and keep it updated; Defining the criteria for categorizing the POS to class A, B, CSplit yearly sales target in collaboration with Commercial director per client categoryHandle customers enquiryHandle customer surveysSupport product knowledge, and participate to implement pharma-gameOperational Functions:Work closely with KAM to classify accounts and build the right promo approachWork on Universe classification and define classification criteriaDefine number of calls and call objectivesCoordinate with Merchandising team to implement visibility where applicableCoordinate with admin team for PO issuance, order processing and deliverySupport product knowledge, and participate to implement pharma-gameCollaborate to define yearly marketing campaign with retail marketing departmentHandle customers enquiryInitiate and handle customer surveysCollaborate to define yearly marketing campaign with retail marketing departmentProfileArabic speakerCurrently based in the UAE, preferrably DubaiExperience in the derma/cosmetics sector, especially in salesPrevious experience in B to B client call center managementCustomer-focused, customer relationship, product knowledgeSelling skills through call or video callTeam playerHandling objectionsTime managementCustomer serviceJob Offertax-free monthly salary + benefits
