Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Call Center Agent to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner. You will provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Provide information about products and services to customers.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  4. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
  7. Identify and escalate priority issues and complaints.
  8. Process orders, forms, and applications.
  9. Keep up to date with product and service information.
  10. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  3. Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  6. Customer service-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude.
  7. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  8. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  9. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  10. Proficient in using computer systems and applications.
