GMS Properties for Real Estate is urgently hiring (Call Center Agent) Customer Service to join our growing successful teamMain Tasks: -

Knows how to use CRM systems and practices
Be a first point of contact to handle/resolve any enquiries with accurate information using social media, and answer questions from clients
Make some cold calls
Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Keep accurate records of calls and sales and note useful information
Making reports as required by the management timely manner.
Handling and resolving customer complaints on offered services with Identify customers? needs, clarify information.

Customer Service Real Estate Background +2 years? experience.
Data entry and documentation, enthusiastic
Customer focus and adaptability, enthusiastic?to different personality type
Strong and verbal communication skills with active listening
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
